In the By Consumption package we record the number and types of drinks served over the bar, and then tally the dollar amount at the conclusion of the event. We then deduct the minimum spend amount already paid and any shortfall is then paid by the client.

This package is particularly useful where the client doesn’t want the bar to close as a result of a TAB running out, or may wish to allocate certain drinks to certain guests.

 

An example would be at a wedding where the bridal party may be allowed to drink spirits, while the rest of the guests drink beer, wine or champagne.
