Our Experience

Anyone can make a cocktail, after all it’s just mixing a bit of this with a bit of that, or so I’ve been told by many a would-be bartender for the night. The truth is that the making of a great cocktail is an art – much like cooking is to any great chef. It takes time and patience to become a cocktail ‘chef’ – to get to know all the exotic aromas and flavours, to shake, stir or muddle them together into a liquid infusion that excites all the senses as it dances across the tongue.

I am Chris Foley, Cocktail Creator & Curator at Cocktail Events. You can tell by now that I love a well-made cocktail, but I also have a particular passion for producing memorable events and celebrating the special occasions in life. In the past two and a half years of exploring the synergy between cocktails and hugely successful events, I have personally managed over 200 events and special occasions, and have served these iconic potions to over 17,000 delightful men and women. 

It’s through this experience and 20 years of making cocktails that the foundations of Cocktail Events have been laid.
